Refund policy

ONLINE STORE:

In order to exchange or return an item purchased on our website, please contact us via email or phone (250-314-1223). Once the return has been arranged, you may return the item either in person or by mail.

We will gladly refund or exchange eligible items received within 30 days of the ship date. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached. Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on underwear items, or any shapewear or lingerie set including bottoms, if the item has been deemed tried on or worn.

Please Note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

To return by mail, please return the eligible items with original receipt to:

Once we receive the return and determine that it is unworn and eligible for a refund, we will promptly refund you the cost of the merchandise plus any applicable taxes. Your refund will be credited only to the method of payment used to make the purchase (including gift purchases). Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. We will not refund shipping charges.

IN-STORE:

We will gladly exchange or offer store credit for returns made within fourteen (14) days of purchase. Refunds are not eligible on in-store purchases.

Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached.

All sales are final on sale/clearance items.

For health and safety reasons, returns will not be accepted on underwear, shapewear, or intimate apparel.
